Snow Day.....Or maybe an Ice day?

Mike and the boys headed out on the 4 wheeler! LOADS of FUN!

We spent yesterday inside and it's looking the same for today. We did make a Walmart run before it got too bad yesterday, and a stop over for pizza, before we came home and rode the 4 wheeler and played in the white stuff.

We went down to Tom and Steph's (so glad they live close) and Mike pulled the kids on a sled from the back of his 4 wheeler. They had a blast, but boy were we cold! We have plans for more of the same today. Thinking about making some chili for supper and making another fire this afternoon. We have enjoyed being "stuck" in the house together. We don't get to hang out all together very often, with school, work, basketball and all of life's other fun stuff, so a few days where we have to is a welcome change. Globetrotters....

We took the kids to see the Globetrotters last night. They had a blast. Mike and I have both been several times in our lives, but it was the first time for both the boys. We let Will invite a friend, which made it that much better for him. Here are a few pictures of our night. The Globetrotters are always great entertainment, and I know you will be suprised, THEY WON! ha

Happy Birthday Alex....

Yesterday Alex turned 5....WOW, where did all the time go? He had a great day complete with a dump truck party on Tuesday night. He is such a little ball of energy and life. We are so blessed to be his parents. He woke up and wanted to know if he looked five, he said he didn't "feel" any different, so he wanted to know if he looked different! He is too funny! He got a Gator for his birthday, a big ride on toy, but he calls it his crocodile. The stuff he comes up with is great.

We are getting ready to celebrate the new year and I remember so well 5 years ago, being at home with a new, blonde haired, blue eyed baby boy. We feel so blessed to be getting to spend this new year with him once again! Happy Birthday to the most wonderful 5 year we know! WE love you Alex!

Merry Christmas!

We have really enjoyed our holiday this year! We got to spend time with all of our families and even spent some time with friends. The boys said that Santa was very good to them this year, I guess they were pretty good this year. ha

We are preparing now for Alex's 5th birthday, which is SO hard for me to believe. My baby boy is turning 5 on Tuesday. We are looking forward to a great time with family and friends. We are so thankful this year for great friends and family. I feel so very blessed to be apart of some many amzing people's lives.
